Description
Summary:The staff at Kings Langley Secondary School near Watford have bravely volunteered to take part in this world-first experiment for Teachers' TV. Hermione Cockburn and a team of scientific experts descend on their school for a week to monitor and evaluate the stress levels of the workforce and attempt to answer the question "How stressed is their school?" Friday, the end of the week, and in this final episode, Hermione is joined by the team of experts, the school's head and many of the staff, for a look back at what's been learned from this detailed investigation into the impact of their working lives on their health and well-being. The results from the special questionnaire completed by all the staff, plus the DNA and Cortisol testing are revealed. The staff and scientists discuss and debate the findings and their relevance to working practices at Kings Langley School and elsewhere.
